The Right Plan For You

Free: $0/month

Our Free plan is meant for evaluation and non-commercial use. While it includes all the features, it has limited capacity. You're restricted to 10 users, 10 projects, 10,000 tasks, and 1 GB storage space.

Business: $79/month or $790/year

For most SMBs and startups, the Business plan makes the most sense. It includes all our features and has very high capacity levels. You get 100 users, unlimited projects, unlimited tasks, and 1 TB storage space.

Lite: $19/month or $190/year

The Lite plan is recommended for startups & small teams that don't anticipate the need for high capacity levels. It includes 20 users, 20 projects, 20,000 tasks, and 20 GB storage space.

Enterprise: Starting at $2,000/month

If you expect to use BoardBell with over 100 uses, please contact us. We'll furnish a custom quote based on your needs. While BoardBell is built for startups and SMBs, it can certainly serve larger teams.

Pricing FAQs

What's BoardBell and how does it work?

BoardBell is an online project management platform. You can use it to assign, track, discuss, and complete work from anywhere, anytime. To know more, please see 'Why BoardBell?' and 'How It Works' to know more.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What's limited/priority/dedicated support?

  • Limited Support only covers matters regarding onboarding and billing. You can reach us by email and we'll typically respond in 2–4 business days.
  • Priority Support is not limited by scope and enjoys priority over 'Limited Support'. We'll typically respond to your email in 1–2 business days.
  • Dedicated Support means that you'll have a dedicated point of contact for query resolution, onboarding assistance, integration setup, and more.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! If you choose to pay yearly, you'll get two months free. That's a 16.67% discount! Additionally, on a case-by-case basis, we may offer discounts to non-profits, education institutes, self-funded startups, students, and teachers. Please email support@boardbell.com to know more.

Is recurring billing automated?

Yes. You'll be asked to enter your credit/debit card information while subscribing to a plan. Then, on a monthly (or yearly) basis, the plan's subscription price will be automatically charged to your card. If you're in a country where authentication using OTP (One Time Pin) is the norm, please note that OTP will not be generated on a recurring basis.

Are there any overage fees?

No. You are fully entitled to use and exhaust your plan's quotas. However, they may not be exceeded. For example, if your plan includes 10 projects and you've exhausted that quota; when you try to create the 11th project, the platform disallows it. To create that additional project, you may either delete a pre-existing project or upgrade to a higher plan.

Can we switch plans or cancel?

Yes. At any time, you are free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription. If you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount based on partial usage, immediately. If you downgrade, a prorated credit note will be issued, redeemable against future invoices. If you cancel, your account will immediately be deactivated and your card will no longer be charged.

Do you offer custom plans?

Yes. We offer custom plans for organizations with 100+ users. Certain sectors and jurisdictions require companies to have dedicated and/or compliant data clusters. We can help with that. Please write to support@boardbell.com or call +1-302-480-1597 to know more.
